We are Factory Trained to repair and service WARN winches. If you suspect your WARN winch has a warranty issue, give us a call at 719-528-5790. We'll help you determine your warranty status. Please note, WARN winch warranties are valid for the original purchaser and require a dated receipt for verification.

When you send your winch in for warranty repairs please be sure to include the following information:

- Your original purchase receipt.
- Your contact information (phone and email) in case we have any questions.
- Your return shipping address.
- A note listing the kind of issues you are having with your winch.
- Include the remote control so we can test the winch for you.
- The cable or rope is not required.


Winch repairs are usually completed in the same day and the winch is returned shipping paid; however, keep in mind that on some rare occasions parts may need to be ordered.
